Настоящая политика конфиденциальности описывает, как мобильное приложение Nutreasy (далее — «Приложение», «мы», «нас», «наш») собирает, использует и передаёт информацию, когда вы используете Приложение. Используя Приложение, вы соглашаетесь с условиями данной политики.

Общие положения

Мы уважаем право пользователей на конфиденциальность.

Мы не собираем, не храним и не обрабатываем персональные данные в объёме, позволяющем идентифицировать конкретного пользователя, за исключением данных, описанных ниже.

Вы используете Приложение на свой страх и риск. Мы не несём ответственности за последствия использования Приложения.

Какие данные обрабатываются

Без регистрации

Приложение не требует создания учётной записи или регистрации. Мы не запрашиваем и не собираем: ФИО, e-mail, номер телефона, логины или пароли.

Хранение данных на устройстве

Вся информация, которую вы вводите (например, рост, вес, предпочтения), сохраняется только локально на вашем устройстве. Мы не имеем к ней доступа.

Обработка изображений

Если вы отправляете фотографию еды для анализа, изображение и текстовый запрос временно обрабатываются через наш API-сервер.

Мы не храним эти изображения и не связываем их с вашей личностью.

Сторонние сервисы

Мы не используем сторонние SDK, рекламные сети или аналитику. Единственная информация, которую мы получаем — это обезличенная статистика от магазинов приложений (App Store, Google Play, RuStore): количество установок, сбои, регионы.

Оплата и подписка

Оформление подписки осуществляется исключительно через встроенные платёжные системы App Store, Google Play и RuStore. Мы не получаем платёжные или персональные данные.

Передача информации третьим лицам

Мы не передаём вашу информацию третьим лицам, за исключением:

временной передачи обезличенных данных для обработки фото (см. выше);
в случаях, предусмотренных законом.

Права пользователя

Поскольку мы не собираем персональные данные в идентифицируемом виде, реализация прав, таких как: доступ, изменение, удаление, — не применяется. Вы можете прекратить использование приложения в любой момент, удалив его со своего устройства.

Хранение данных

Мы не храним пользовательскую информацию на наших серверах, за исключением временной обработки фото. Все прочие данные — исключительно в вашем телефоне.

Безопасность

Мы предпринимаем разумные технические и организационные меры для защиты временных данных при обработке. Однако передача данных через интернет никогда не может считаться полностью безопасной.

Дети

Приложение не предназначено для лиц младше 13 лет. Мы не собираем данные у детей сознательно. Родителям рекомендуется контролировать цифровую активность своих детей.

Пользователи из ЕС

Если вы используете приложение из стран Европейского союза, обратите внимание:

Мы не обрабатываем персональные данные, подпадающие под действие GDPR.
Фото и текстовые запросы обрабатываются без привязки к личности, исключительно с технической целью.

Обновление политики

Мы оставляем за собой право изменять эту политику в любое время. Актуальная версия всегда доступна на нашем сайте. Продолжая использование приложения, вы подтверждаете согласие с новой редакцией.

This Privacy Policy explains how Nutreasy ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy and to our terms of use.

General Disclaimer

We value user privacy. Nutreasy is designed to operate without collecting or storing personal information beyond what is necessary to deliver core features. You use the App at your own risk, and we are not responsible for how you use the App or for any consequences arising from your usage.

Data Collection and Usage

No Registration or Accounts

We do not require users to register or create an account. We do not collect names, email addresses, passwords, or similar identifiers.

Local Data Storage

All personal data you may input into the App (e.g., weight, height, preferences) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Photo Processing

When you upload a photo of food for nutritional analysis, the image and associated query text are temporarily processed through our backend API to generate a calorie and macronutrient estimate. We do not link this data to any individual identity, and we do not store such data permanently.

We do not use these photos for training or commercial purposes unless you explicitly agree.

Third-Party Services

We do not use third-party SDKs, trackers, or analytics tools inside the App. We only receive anonymous aggregated analytics from App Store, Google Play, and RuStore dashboards (e.g., install count, region, crash reports).

Payments and Subscriptions

All payments and subscriptions are handled directly by Apple, Google, or RuStore via their built-in payment infrastructure. We do not receive or process any billing or payment information ourselves.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any personal information with third parties.

In very limited circumstances, we may share anonymized and non-identifiable technical data with service providers solely to improve the performance or reliability of the App.

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to respond to a government request.

Your Rights

Since we do not store personal information, we have no way of identifying individual users or linking data back to a person. Therefore, requests such as data deletion or export are generally not applicable.

If you believe that any part of the service violates your privacy, you may delete the App at any time and stop using it.

Data Security

We take commercially reasonable steps to protect the limited data we process (e.g., image requests). However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

Children's Privacy

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted data to us, please contact us, and we will take appropriate action.

If you are located in the European Union, the minimum age of consent for data processing may be 16, depending on your country. In such cases, parental consent may be required.

International Use & GDPR Notice

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), note that we do not collect or store personal data subject to GDPR requirements (such as names or emails). Any interaction with our backend (e.g., sending a food photo) is anonymous and transient.

We do not transfer personal data outside of the EEA, as we do not collect such data in the first place.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new policy in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
